Athlete Onboarding

Your first steps in SigWren.

Use this guide whenever you are joining SigWren for the first time. Existing clients should start with password reset. New athletes should create an account with registration.

Before You Start

What to expect

Existing client

  • Go to app.sigwren.com.
  • Select Forgot Password? on the sign-in form.
  • Use the latest reset link sent to your email.

New athlete

  • Go to app.sigwren.com.
  • Select Register here on the login screen.
  • Create account, verify email if prompted, then sign in.

First Login

Complete these steps in order

1. Existing clients: reset password

Use Forgot Password? and complete reset from the latest email link.

2. New athletes: register

Use Register here, create account, and verify email if required.

3. Sign in

Sign in at app.sigwren.com with your account email.

4. Submit first check-in

Complete your first daily check-in so your coach sees your live baseline.

FAQ

Common onboarding issues

I am an existing client and cannot log in.

Use Forgot Password? first, then check spam/junk and Promotions. If reset email is still missing, contact support.

I am a new athlete and do not have an account.

Use Register here on the login page. If registration fails, contact support with your email and screenshot.

I can log in but cannot access the app.

Your profile may still be pending approval or activation. Support can clear this quickly.

Who is my coach in SigWren?

Coach assignment should be visible after onboarding. If not, contact support for correction.
